Device for checking the presence of parts after assembly into which the subsystem of laser marking and checking of datamatrix codes and sorting for OK and NOK parts is integrated.
Loading of the parts into the device is ensured by the robot arm of the line and the handling of the parts in the device by a special manipulator and output conveyors (OK and NOK).
Parts are checked by two 3D scanners (top and side).
